I love TES for the storylines (not so much Oblivion though... it had a terrible story in comparison to Daggerfall and Morrowind) and I would not want to pay $20 a month for a year just so that I am the max level of some retarded Class System so that I could finally get to the story. No sir, I think Bethesda should stick to what they are good at. There is a reason Morrowind and Daggerfall made more impact on gaming community than Oblivion, despite popularity.

@DNDelli But there is no physical reason to damn every MMO, including a TES-based one.

On their website you can see they have separate divisions and I believe it is more than a rumor that more than one work on game-related projects.

Pay2Play isn't the only option. Your single-player DLCs albeit are butt-raping your bank account much more, than say an MMO like Guild Wars which is also a pay once to play, and leave it optional for a user to buy more things for their account.

you know, oblivion was the first non-japanese rpg i've played in my life, in fact before this game i even care about medieval rpg's but i must admit this game kick ass so bad, jeremy's soule music can really take you to tamriel with is magic, the oblivion world is amazing, the interactions and characters too!!!! i hope tes 5 kick ass too, cuz i love this game!!

Oblivion is like the most best detailed graphics RPG game. Even the people have conversations and the guards have their quarters and go to sleep. Although it doesn't have online capabilities. Overall online or not Oblivion is just the best RPG game. Best graphics!! Like incredible graphics very realistic!!! And very detailed NPC work.

Well. Oblivion is indeed well done and entertaining (I love playing it myself), but it is definitely not the best RPG game. For some people, it's even barely a RPG but a FPS with some basic RPG flavours.
