It's just my opinion, but for some of the notes where your voice cracked, it sounded nice, but just work on the ones where it didn't. :) I really liked it, your good :)

im just saying that when u sing it is distracting you hav a very pretty voice but the chin movment is a distraction try tilting ur head down so we can see ur pretty face <3 ;)

YOur voice cracked a little when you reached for the high notes. but if you practice, that makes it better. i can tell you are a low kind of person like me, but your voice sounds beautiful when its high. try starting from lowing notes by humming, gradually get higher, and hold the note until your voice stretches out smoothly

relax your throat. don't reach for the high notes by lifting your chin. Thats a bad habbit to get into. your also singing through your nose. Try pluging your nose and then singing. That forces to use your chest instead of your nose. It'll get easy as you practice. Also be sure your breaths are supported. When you breath in your diaphram should flex causing your stomach to expand. As you exhale your stomach should shrink because you should be using all your breath to sustain a supported sound.
