surge drill huh? well finally, i know what it is. idiots. why then do they always practice surge drills when there is the least amount of traffic.
question: when you meet up with your friends, isn't it faster to meet them at the location, then it is to meet them before your location and get there as a group? this is just for showing off. so we can vote republican again. it also causes traffic problems. all this is good for is tourists with cameras
