  • Recorded on December 8, 1930.

  • Good solid Ben Selvin arrangement w/Harold "Scrappy" Lambert singing. with Benny Goodman on Clarinet, Manny (Mendel) Klein on Trumpet, Venuti on Violin, Arthur Schutt on Piano. Great Record.

  • 00:37 Is that Lulu?

  • Do you have the version of the movie in the Marring Man? Where a person sings on the stage? Singing YOUR DRIVING ME CRAZY? PLEASE UP LOAD IT!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!!!

  • I mentioned in my comment to J's Polish version that this was the first song of the period which I got familiar with. I heard it almost accidentally when I was a child and then never heard it for years but always remembered it. Of course, I love it.

  • Hi! I'd like to hear the Polish version, but can't find it. By "J" do you mean Jurek? Any help appreciated. I'm

also enjoying your comments; I guess you and I are the only American "regulars" in this group. I'm delighted that Grzegorz (240252) put me onto this site, also amused at how alineal the comments are...

  • Yes, J is Jurek. I just put it in my my favorites, so go there and click on it. It's titled "Leo Monosson in Warsaw". Have fun, it's a beautiful version.

Yes, I'm too enjoying tremendously all this great free entertainment.

  • Yes, YOU are driving me crazy! Every night I get tears of nostalgia in my eyes when I hear these songs. Nice version: lively and gentle at the same time.
