I've got a Blind Blake tab book which doesn't have this but has West Coast Blues which is essentially the same tune. It's transcribed by Stefan Grossman. The arrangement is very tricky with the syncopated right thumb technique that Blake used but you can simplify it. I'd be surprised if there were any decent tabs of this online but I suppose you never know.
The chord sequence is straightforward - C, E7, A, D7, G, G7
This site has a pretty good tab - except for a couple of minor timing problems - that will show all the essentials, which you can then continue to add to. This is approximately what is played in Ralph's version on his great live album "Ralph, Albert & Sydney" (1976), so rather similar to this version.

It is, I have two of them from the 50's and a J-45 (sunburst model) from 1949, they're great guitars to have fun on and of course record with.

The title refers to dry chicken bones that you'd rattle to make rhytm, so maybe that is why ? ;-).
There is a recording of this tune where you can hear this -
not sure if it's with BB himself?
