Lebron going to the Knicks can solidify his legacy as one of the greatest athletes in all of sports. I think that Cleveland team is built for 1 maybe 2 title runs thats it! If he comes to New York with their young nucleus of Douglas, Chandler, Gallinari, and another max free agent (Stoudamire, Bosh, Wade, Johnson) he can possibly win 4 or 5 NBA titles. Lebron going to the Knicks can solidify his legacy as one of the greatest athletes in all of sports. I think that Cleveland team is built for 1 maybe 2 title runs thats it! If he comes to New York with their young nucleus of Douglas, Chandler, Gallinari, and another max free agent (Stoudamire, Bosh, Wade, Johnson) he can possibly win 4 or 5 NBA titles. Cleveland is better right now, but if your talking over the next 5 or 6 years New York is his best bet. Forget about the Nets they suck balls!

Daryl Morey just screwed NY. Because of how current FA contracts work, a player can get more money if they resign with their current team. Why would LBJ sign with NY for $30 mil less. NY's only hope of getting LBJ was with a sign and trade. BUT NY JUST TRADED ALL THEIR ASSETS (DRAFT PICKS AND EXP. CONTRACTS)! NY has only 4 players under contract at the end of the season. They aren't going to get Wade or Lebron, but I think they'll get Bosh in my view. The only place I think Lebron would even think of going to is New Jersey (Avery Johnson thinks so) because its owned by Jay Z. Wade will end up with D Rose. Personally as a Hornets fan, Lebron said CP3 is his best friend. Combine those two with West and Okafor and Thornton. But West will be traded to Cleveland and either Hinrich or Larry hughes will end up with the Lakers for Walton, Vujajic, and Morrison.

every year since lbj was in the league, cleveland's roster constantly changed every season. the closest he might every be to a championship, in that uniform, came and went when they faced the spurs. right now, it doesn't help this season when you got west acting like desperado and the shaq acquisition not working so perfectly. if he goes to ny, they're going to have to build that entire team from the ground up. his best option maybe to pair up with josh smith, wade or kobe.
