It's amy be okay to call the Lhotsampas in the camps as non bhutanese because tehy speak different language and use a different script. Lets get this clear. These are not refugees. These are economic migrants, and illegal aliens who were deported in the 90''s. Thanks to the incompetance of UNHCR the numbers in the camp were not verified properly at the begining. Infact, UNHCR padded the refugee number with hungry people looking for handouts. This was done to gain international recognition. I think an investigation needs to be done on UNCHR.
