@MrDaRkHyper no it really is that slow. It's a two yo device though, with 528Mhz proc and 192MB of RAM, running Android 1.5. It speeds up a bit when you install a custom rom on it though. Check modaco.com for details.

I would really like to know about how the small internal memory of this phone leaves you with the apps.

For example are you finding yourself deleting apps to make room.

If it is enough memory to fill all the homepages with apps or atleast 4 that would seal the deal for me and that would be a great help.

hello! ... well, I'm on pay as you go because i like to manage my spending! ... it's the only smartphone available on PAYG, the cheapest contract being £30 ... so it's still a highly respectable phone on contract! ... i love how you can download games/applications for free off the android market ... insane!! ... camera isn't great, music application is good ... battery life, unfortunately isn't great, i'm finding i have to charge every night:/ ... on t-mobile £5 internet per month as standard.

If email is your main priorty, i wouldnt get this phone. I have it and sometimes the email doesnt get checked automatically and sometimes it does, so its not really that reliable for email. I would get a blackberry for email.

You can't put 2.0 on the tmobile pulse. The reason for this is the only way to manually put new software on an android phone is to hack it and then install a modded version of the new software. You can not hack the tmobile pulse as of yet and 2.0 hasnn't been fully hacked.

Hopefully tmobile will offer the 2.0 update soon.

I think he meant additional software can only be stored within the internal memory, not on the sd card. The sd is probably just for personal media files and documents.

The only limitation to the sd card storing is that you cannot save apps to it, you can still save all the music, videos, pictures etc. that you want.

I like the bigger screen! Even if the resolution isn't necessarily higher it will at least make hitting buttons and typing a LOT easier.... This looks like a better Magic/MyTouch!!! =D

And I actually like how the ports are at the top cuz when at the bottom, my cord has to bend back anyway and on the side, would just be awkward.
