@finnajames1 heavy armor training is basically the same way. after you beat the companions quest line you can get Farkas as a follower. have him train you while he is your follower and ask to trade items with him and just take your money back.

You can level up pickpocketing and sneak very fast in any place that has bandits, necromancers and the like. Just pickpocket them before wasting them.

@Paperdeathmachine you should only level up what you're going to use. You're not going to use *every* skill, so the ones you don't use as often, don't level them up as often.

It would be ineffectuve because if somone is a low rank in pickpoceting, they will have a way lower percentage of the chance to steal peoples things so it would be good mostly for people who are a bit higher ranks in it

Tip for pickpocketing: 1. save right before pickpocketing someone. 2. Pickpocket the selected target. 3. If u get caught quit the game, then it'll load right from before u pickpocketes the person, giving u another chance. Repeat as neccesary

I got a tip for some players,if you get caught all you have to do is quit the game since you cant load your game when you caught and then load your save data on the main menu BTW save every time you steal from them

He moved in behind the counter, I suppose pickpocketing works better from the back.

She is training him in alchemy and not pickpocketing, the training for that comes for doing it in this case.

Yeah without any perks, and if you spend too much money on training, you get 0 chance to pickpocket. So make sure (as he said) only train once, then steal, train once, steal... etc. This isn't a glitch or a CHEAT; In reallife, if you buy a bunch of donuts, then pickpocket the clerk who sold them, get your money back, and buy another bunch of donuts, yeah, that's just... how it would work. But ppl 'd just think "wth's this guy doing" if i'd sneak around crouched like that.

@UnstoppableD She is in Whiterun, at the marketstalls you have 2 shops, one is a general shop and the other is this alchemy shop! If you enter whiterun then go to the marketplace and then it's the house on the right. Hope this helps you!

You can do it even earlier. I got to level 15 in riverwood after starting a new game with Melvin (the archer elf). Just fallowed him, trained archery and then stole money back. At the start pickpocketing skill went up by 2 at a time. For advice, stop training when price goes over 1200 gold or you can't steal your money back since the chance will be 0%.
