Accents in England are all over the place. I mean I have friends who speak like her and friends who speak all common and cockney and we're all living in the same area. It's just about where the parents are from and how we're brought up. You eventually got the kids who hung around with black people and suddenly you'd get white people all talking black.

Everyone has an accent, an accent is the way your pronounce things. It just depends on where you're from. English people have accents, Americans have accents, they're just different.

Actually (speaking stictly from many linguistics classes) British people DO have accents because English (even British-which I really think is BEAUTIFUL, don't get me wrong!) has changed so much over the centuries. No one truly speaks origional English anymore, it would be almost completely unable to be understood. So we all have accents :/
