Yes, when you come from fear, your brain directly shuts down. Thinking, if you ever did it, is a thing of the past, and your reptile brain will take over, making you react to any stimuli. Then a person is a ship without a rudder, a leaf in the wind. That will not help you through the storms that are coming. BUt, over the next few years, I would go someplace that isn't as populated that you can get out of your major city quickly. In fact, I would totally advise against staying near major metro centers, Nuke plants, military bases, fault lines and any other mitigating circumstance you can think of. There are a few things you need to be ready for. Natural disasters. Military action. Disease. Starvation and no means to produce food for yourself. All these things can be tied into major metro area

Very Taoist. Since I've stopped caring about politics and economics, my life has been a lot more peaceful. As the world speeds up, things become more chaotic, but, you should be mindful of this and slow yourself down. Become centered. Don't buy the political non-sense. It's a facade of smoke and mirrors. We need to drop the whole left vs. right mentality. It's the global elites great tactic of divide & conquer.
