@restrada90 @restrada90 It will not be historically accurate, the 4 Daimyo are there mostly has a gameplay element, but it is still better then a united Japan during all the game period.

But the mechanic does have good mod capability so I am pretty sure there will be a fully historical mod sooner or later.

Considering I don't know a whole lot about the Japanese Civil war, so I don't know if I can answer your question. What I can tell you is that the game starts off with 4 Daimyos, the Minamoto, Tachibana, Fujiwara, and Taira all in rough equilibrium and if you give me the date of the event you are referring to I can check to see if it is in the game.
