  • I am (almost) 63; had a lot of "business" & "street wise" experience: however, I was always troubled about "Assets & Liabilities", "Net Worth", "Balance Sheet" and most importantly how they all interrelate. Thank you for explaining it so well; you have simplified things to a level where I FINALY Understand.

    THANK YOU!

  • thank's a

    lot!

  • i love you sir you are the reason im gonna pass this subject , and i guess many are in my shoes <3

  • tnx.. now i get it

  • Lol @ "watch this last trick...it's a good one"

That's classic man! Thanks for the videos!

  • When you "net" the debit side (8,000) and credit side (2,000) you get 6,000 but why do you add the 2,000 again, i know it makes it balance but it doesnt make sense :S

  • @deeagnol A = L + OW , 8000 = 2000+X , X = 8000 -2000 = 6000 OWNER EQUITY

NOW the two sides must be balance so 8000 (left side ) = 2000 liabilities + 6000 owner q

watch it again , he added the 2000 only one time

  • @okasha1983 if u need anything just feel free to ask me , if i can help u i will

  • Please, do a PL Account video !

  • I swear watching these videos are better than reading my books. My own instructor is not even this good. The instructor just gives the answer and the book just gives answers and they are wrong! So I ended up spending hours on problems I had right to begin with. Accounting is my minor and I have worked in CPA firms and done bookkeeping years ago the class was throwing me off this is great.

  • You are real GURU of world. Please continue these marvellous work on video and teaching. God bless you forever and fulfil all the time. This video of accounting

I listing formy son who had not completed.

  • a realistic teaching method, Thank you.

  • Thanks. This was a clear and concise presentation. I just want to ask, was there a main point behind adding the net worth to the liabilities???

  • umm...he clearly explained the main point of adding the net worth to the liabilities...to complete the table into what is referred to as a balance sheet. It's not a balance sheet unless net worth is included on the right side of the table. I would assume net worth is another name for equity. Good luck.
