to buy the place you need ta have defeated lucien, or watch reaver shoot lucien in the face rather, and have 1000000 gold. some people chose the wish of wealth, but just buy alot of property, rent it out for top price, then fix the cclock to 2025. Gives ya like 500000 gold a time.
