RIP Soldier, Thank you for your Sacrifice you sir are a better man than i. May the familys hearts ease enough to make there sacrifice bearable. Im so sory for your loss.
Also it doesnt matter if you agree with the war or not- we must all honor these men and women that sacrifice themselves for us....They only try to serve the country they do what they are told and the put their feelings aside to do what they are told. It plain and simple. America should always support them no matter a persons personal views on the situation at hand. At least that way they dont die in veign.
If i look at this death as a american ctizen i am truly sorry for your death, then again i do not look at it that way i look at him as a US soldger, fightig a unjust war that donsen't need to be fought were killing more inocent people there then "bad guys" millions of iraqi citizens fleeing iraq or have no food, shelter, water or rest becasue how the army lays waste to anything in its path, think of not just yourself but what yourself is doing on a large scale
U dont know the circumstances this soldier signed up under. I signed up after 911 and was in basic by Oct 01. I had no clue that men would be sending us to Iraq just a few years later. He, as well as I, probably signed up for all the right reasons, but men who make decisions sent us there for wrong reasons. Does that make the soldiers sacrifice less valuable, honorable or unjust? No, open your eyes. No one wants peace more than soldiers for only we know the true cost of war.
@spooledya From a 9/11 survivor with the FDNY- and an Ex-ARMY soldier--There are no words that guys on our job can say to tell you how we honor you guys and your sacrifices for what happened to us and America that day almost 9 years ago so I'll say what I can- and I believe youll know EXACTLY how heavily loaded this is-----THANK YOU!----
You know what. Everyone wants to look at our U.S. soldiers as the bad guys. But look at all the suicide bombers and people putting bombs on little kids to kill people. You don't see Americans doing that.
to all the family im sorry for your lose. casey was in my brothers unit. so please pray for my brother to and all the troops that are still over there. they are our heros. pfc casey mason 552nd co. will always be remembered.
