Before I was a "racist" I was harassed constantly by such beliefs.
I lived in Detroit for five years and not a day went by where I wasn't called cracker, pinky, honky or other such things for no reason other than being there. You do not experience black on white racism because you are not white. It is in the same way that I do not know what it is like to be discriminated against as a black man, and I will be the first to admit it. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean its not there.
