If it breaks apart or stops working... Does the customer has to get a new unit with new number and service or can he/she obtain a replacement for a lower price?
I ordered the Magic Jack Plus....because want to use MY HOME NUMBER. After I bought it, they tell me my number CAN"T be transferred! I have had this number for 30 years and have moved it from ATT to vonage to Optimumvoice..,.which is VOIP so not sure why MY number can't be transferred. They said to try later..... oops
Hey, I know you've only had the MJ Plus for a few days, but can you tell us how it's working out so far? I'm thinking of getting 2 and sending them to family members.

@EKTORF It may be covered under warranty, if not I don't know about a cheaper cost. You will be able to keep the same number though.
