Dick is up to his same BS.
The overall picture is:
Unfortunately for the GOP they have only 23 Senate seats not up for election this yr whereas the other side has 41 not up for election
In the states of Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Wash, Vermont & 1 seat in NY the GOP will not even offer serious opposition - so that totals 47.
There are then 30 more seats up for grabs & the GOP would have to nail 28 of the 30 to get 51.
That's what Dick is saying will happen, but I'd sure bet against it.

Dillon, he made the picture much clearer.
That's why the Clintons paid him the big bucks and only threw him to the ground while Bill sat on him once (Dick Morris: Bill Clinton assaulted me, World Net Daily).
If Repubs have a good year, they should be at 46-50 Senate seats after November.
