    I want to gain muscles not to burn them so should i do cardio because when i do it i fell losing muscles?! so plz help me and what protein should i take?

  • @Awso0ome just dont do cardio when im looking to gain muscle i just weight train and thats it. There is too many proteins but optimum whey protein is a good one

  • I started do do your methods, and should i do only 4min a day or more? or maybe 4min then after 4hour again 4min? please answer . gretings from Poland :)

  • @Tomaszus1000 you can do up to 16 minutes if you want just dont over do it you want to just get a hard workout in dont exhaust your body too much. You can do 4 minutes in the days and 4 to 8 hours later do 4 more minutes

Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
