Mostly they say/shout: 'Wheel......!!!' or ' Rewind !!!! ' . I think it comes originally from reggae-deejays (soundsystems) who really did rewind the tape / plate , then announce something again and then restart the song. This always gives some extra push-/powerfeeling to the song. This rewind-thing is totally accepted for bands in 'reggae-world' .
