ahh! Was wondering who threw elbows. Was watching some mma on here and never saw it, was wondering why. Thought it might've been illegal or something. Or that people didn't cause they were afraid of breakin that bone. Elbow can knock a fucker out.
small quibble, you really want to use the elbow as opposed to the forearm. Using the forearm widens the surface area which lessens the percussive blow that an elbow is supposed to provide. You actually do show the elbow coming down, but you actually talk about the forearm. a bit of a disconnect.
Obviously the teacher has more experience then me but it seems pointless or a waste to grab the hand of a jab and THEN throw the elbow. The movement is very similar to a boxing slip and counter right except you slip to the other side. Why not just slip or parry and come in with the elbow?
what's the name of the song?
