  • Pete Best on the Drums?

  • @SuperDenismm My friend, I believe that. This song was recorded in Hamburg days, Pete Best was the drummer. Sorry for my poor English. Um abraço!

  • @cyroserpa Stuart Sutcliffe was the drummer, and Pete Best was the bassist. They had three guitarists and no Ringo!

  • @rapnsee um, no. Stuart Sutcliffe was the bassist until he died in April of 1962. He actually stopped playing long before his death after pursuing his painterly ambitions. Pete Best was the drummer until George Martin and Brian Epstein both agreed that he would be detrimental to the group's sound. That is when they found reached out to Ringo who was playing with Rory Storm and the Hurricanes.

  • @rapnsee

    Pete Best = Drums

    Sutcliff = Bass

  • Hear those angelic voices in the background? Those are the Beatles my friend..The Beatles :D

  • A little unfair,... off course Paul, George and John are legends(today)...

    but Stu and Pete did their part,too at the Hamburg days

  • too bad that Tony Sheridan guy didn't know that he was singing with 4 legends xD

  • @5thfemalebeatle actually...3 legends cuz ringo wasn't in the group yet...
