I add unpasterized Apple Cider vinegar ( about 2 cups to a full bath of steaming HOT water) to my bath and soak for as long as I can 30-40 minutes. Takes stiffness and pain away - yea baby!

At the same time I drink YARROW TINCTURE in hot water - it makes you sweat from the inside out. I mainly do this if I am not feeling up to pare - so we sweat outside and inside - ( I do not have access to a sauna)
