This show highlights the fallacies of the parole system. These criminals have been arrested multiple times. They should have received their third strike and subsequently, life in prison, for their misdemeanor crimes.
It can be fun to watch old cartoons like this one if you grew up with them. There are a couple of "gotchas" in this one, though. At 2:23, the eyeglasses falling to the ground just disappear from this dimension; and, in the foot chase immediately following, the characters keep running by the same two sets of tents. That aside, it did bring back some memories.
