A little too unrehearsed. Could have been a little more prepared and it didn't help having someone talking in the background that we really could not hear.
the worst cooking video i've ever watched...she didnt have stuff ready ahead of time...had to go for the gloves, foil. Used the knife to make the crumbs...very dangerous....a total mess...first cook i see who doesnt want to get her hands dirty...why is she cooking at all?
i'd try 30 mins for 350 degrees, and check on it for the appearence of golden brown. its important in my opinion not to overcook it, as that will make it taste like cardboard, and of course its important to not undercook it. Because the chicken is cut up into strips, they will cook a lot faster then if not cut up. I bake chicken like this at 350 -375 for 30min 45 mins or even a little longer based on how much chicken you have, best not to cook too much at one time, and best not to overcroud
that lady is going to have a heart attack walking around looking for everything.

U can used bread crumbs outta the box...not crackers because they weren't ground up enough..

Using the knife was very dangerous, she could have used a spoon or even her hands...even a pizza roller would have worked

I liked it. It was nice; try 400 degrees for about 30 or 35 minutes, depending on thickness.

I don't like to deep fry either. You're right, it is just way too messy. I actually prefer the flavor of oven fried to deep fried anyway.
