  • @dirkwearsws I agree. It's also the reason why I have little interest in the reformed version of the band.

  • @dirkwearsws That's a bit harsh, considering the excellent percussion, sax, toasting, and singing provided by the others. The first General Public album had many fine songs as well, sans Mr. Cox and Mr. Steele. The current version of the band may not be as creative as the original, but it is fun and, unlike INXS and Queen, still has the original lead singer.

  • @shoegeezr okay - i can agree. mr. morton is one cool f-ing drummer - especially in mirror in the bathroom. sax is way cool and you just don't see it today. awesome band! cox and steele always stand out though - except for the dance moves of mr steele. ha, ha
