  • Kobe played in the 90's with Jordan, Malone, and other great defensive players. He realizes the NBA is bitching way too much these days over what constitutes a flagrant foul.

  • Gasol should seriously stop flopping in the NBA. I watched eurobasket and realized it was actually part of their game.. like soccer... but no he should take it out of the NBA so shit like this does no happen

  • kobe is an 80's guy?? yeah except when you touch him and he starts crying for a foul

  • u can say what u want about kobe but when hes not playin hes a great guy

  • @chaosman953 A hostess in Colorado begs to differ. ; )

  • @mskcouric She wasn't a hostess, and she had eight different guys' semen on her panties, so I'm pretty sure she got around. She just realized she could get some money out of it when it was an NBA superstar.

  • that was on gasol. He's a little bitch while Artest is a strong buffed dude. add those together and gasol is on the floor

  • I remember my father and I looked at each other with confused faces when he said this with. Couldn't believe it

  • Hey guys, watch my NBA mixes, if you like passion and action all together.

  • It had nothing to do with respect for another player. He said he's an 80's baby, meaning that he grew up when the NBA was actually physical and not many players got ejected for weak stuff. Kobe likes the physical play.

  • one thing about kobe he always respects players on the opposite side. that wasnt a flagrant he went for the ball he just slap the shit out of gasol lol. but yea just a hard ass foul. kobe speaks da truth

  • He just lubed Artest's nutts with spit on that comment. That was just the set-up to get him on the Lakers. Kobe is scared to death of Artest. You would've never saw Barkley and Oakley on the same team. These aren't even grown men anymore.. Just a bunch of can't beat em ,join em ass niggas.

  • @GoinabilityINC Are you serious?! Wow... do you not know that Ron Artest respects Kobe because of their shared competitive spirit? So, why would Kobe be afraid of him? Is that why Kobe was trying to COMPETE against him?

Yeah... because LeBron going to another superstar (supposedly below him) to win is the equivalent of Artest going to the Lakers for the mid-level exception...

No, superstars from two decades ago would not have wanted to play together to get ahead but they respected each other.

  • @keeponkeepinon18 Yeah I'm serious, I posted it didn't I? They respect each other the same way I respect your opinion. That whole fuckin' team is scared of Ron Don. After that ill-advised three he missed against the suns, how many other players would've been on the bench after that? Look, what are you like 22? The reason all these current N.B.A. players are so friendly has nothing to do with respect. Learn the world around you, it's bigger than what you see on the court.

  • @GoinabilityINC I mean opposing players relating to each other was once (still is most times) due to the competitive spirit. I mean it like that Cavs-Nuggets last season. LeBron and Melo brought the best out of each other by trying to outdo the other. Now, that same spirit won't exist between Wade and LeBron.. they know that the Heat have 2 of 3 top players and will only try hard enough to perform in harmony. Sorry, I don't get what you mean.

  • @GoinabilityINC And, Phil likely kept him in the game for his defense (it was a given every night while his offense wasn't). I still don't understand why the team would be scared of him though...

  • @keeponkeepinon18 Give it a rest already clueless. It's BIGGER than basketball.

  • i cant believe im saying this that was a classy comment by kobe

  • first time kobe has been humble and classy his entire life.... what a fag

  • @gowcod123456789 Idiot...

  • @XManimal good one... idiot

  • @XManimal alright thanks best friend for lettin me know im not classy off one comment thanks man:)

  • @gowcod123456789 No problem...

  • @gowcod123456789 you have a lot of class, right?

  • thats an honest nba player! go kobe

  • HE said 80's baby

  • true

  • did he say he's an asian baby ?

  • He says he is an 80's baby. Born in the 80's. Basketball was more rough back then. Not protected with rules like now.

  • LMAO, he said "80's baby"

  • lol he knew ron artest was in the back watching... he better have said what he said or else ron artest was gonna whoop his ass lol.. sike i love kobe no rainbow.

  • Ejected for knocking Hobo down.

  • stfu

  • It's because of the time left and how much they were down by. That wasn't necessary to foul him that hard with how much they were down by. So that's why the refs called that an ejection.

  • Bottom line is he made a play for the ball. Just because someone gets knocked down does not mean an automatic flagrant

  • kobe tells it like it is....

  • the league got it right when they changed it to a flagerent 1

  • they did?

  • yeah just a good ol hard foul

    no flagrant 1 or 2

  • good response, i'm glad kobe showed some class with his answer because that definitely was NOT a flagrant 2.
