  • I almost bought this house back in 2001. There were near homeless people living in it at the time. They didn't have any heating system in the house, instead they had all the burners turned up on gas stoves throughout the house, just to keep the pipes from freezing. It was really bad. Nice to see what they've done with the place in recent years.

  • She has a sweet tattoo

  • Good for you for redeveloping this historic area. Thanks.

  • Detroit is a great place to live. Edmund Place is located so close to all of the really cool things to do in Detroit.

    Jodi

  • how is the crime rate around that Area?

  • I dont have actual statistics, by in my opinion, the crime rate is pretty low. Most crise is just car breakins'. People park their cars in the area, then walk to Ford Field or the Baseball field to see the Lions or Tigers play. If they leave backpacks or stuff out in view--they are more apt to have a breakin.

  • Well, There aren't many houses for distribution, since thy're either Renovated, or turned into vacant lots.

There isn't a lot of crime compared to other places.

  • The area was pretty well abandon, but developers and new home owners are bringing the area back to life. I think you can get actual crime rates by contacting the Detroit Police Central office.
