@YourMindofSuccess A good thing to with that (and this usually this results in feeling happy) is close you eyes for each goal, visualise them big, bold and bright. Feel the emotion you would feel if this were real. Imagine in detail as if it's already happened and you in the moment.
@YourMindofSuccess Then image if you didn't do the goal, feel you gut turn and you experience the pain of not following through and achieving your goals, really feel the loss and empty you'd experience as you picture yourself slupped, then return back to the happiness and wham! You should feel very motivated to complete the goal. (If you really emotionally committed to the thoughts).
Gone to the UPW twice now,and cannot wait to get to Date with Destiny. This has been the best gift I have ever given to myself and my family. Those of you that doubt what he teaches, have never truly looked inside to find even more joy and happiness than you could ever imagine.
I used to have Tony's Personal Power CD collection which I worked through diligently a couple of times. Exercises, music, etc.
Although I really liked his presentation style and loved doing the exercises, nothing shifted for me afterward. Within days I was back into my old habits. There are so many people out there who teach mind power and such. This method did not do it for me.
What did change my life around in a good way was attending a Thought Dynamics seminar by John Kehoe.
@NovaScotiaChick I've recently completed Personal Power 2, I can see how you may not be seeing results, I can understand. But Something that everyone needs to realise about Tony Robbins is that his products presuppose that you will do everything he asks on a consistent basis, and do even more than the minimum! I have had huge results in my life and his stuff really does work. Give it another shot and commit to doing the daily exercises, look no further than yourself for the next step. (: LWP
@Scottfraser250 I couldn't agree with you more! Results are most obvious when you've managed to keep up the good (new) habits for a few months in a row. But that's where it gets tricky: you can't slip up and ride on the new success, but keep going with the new habits which usually are still fragile by then.
This is where I (in spite of having been warned about it) have each time fallen short. It's just not in the nature of the beast and, it seems, always hard work for me.
@NovaScotiaChick It's been about a week since I finished and already I'm revisiting parts of the program. I quickly did the CD on procrastination this morning because I couldn't be bothered to do my resume, I simply made myself associate huge pain to not doing it, and great pleasure to having the money and sense of contribution once i get a job. I suggest that you select specifically some sessions that need going over, If you keep going back to it eventually it will become part of who you are!
@Scottfraser250 I hear you, I've been where you are... for months in a row. I would like to see where you stand, say in six months' time. That would be much more indicative of whether you were able to stick to it. I hope so for you, because it is a fabulous medium. Stay 'on the wagon'! :)
I have a learning disability . I could not pass my college classes , My fiance broke up with me because she thought I was going no where. After this happen I got down on my self and did not want to do anything. A friend got me one of Tony's 2 weeks course. Tony got me to change my D and Fs into A's and B's!!!! Love ya Tony :))
@thiwa8 Excessive growth hormone... I think he had a pituitary tumor, but I could be mistaken. (I probably am..)
Either way, if you look at his cranial shape and jaw-line you'll see he had a super-high level of growth steroids--from his own body, not drugs--and growth hormone. These things thicken the vocal chords.
@gib67891 It's just a word. Words invoke emotion, and with someone like Tony, that word was strategically placed to get people's attention. You may not have needed it, but it helped me.
Awesome! Helping people be aware on things that unconsciously controls them, is really one of the best job in the world. i'm with you Toni. i am also in the best online business in the world. abundance8.Lgnprosperitydotcom
The only tiny weakness I see with Tony, is that he fails to take into account the element of chance in life that we can do very little about.... but I guess it's his job not to mention that lol
@forever574 Ok, that's interesting. So if your in a tower that has a plane flying towards it, flown by terrorists, you'd suggest that this situation has something to do with your own will? Would you say death is something you can avoid with a positive mentality attitude?
@forever574 What on earth are you talking about?... It doesn't matter whether what I said has to do with Tony's talk, I was responding to what you said obviously. Secondly, did I experience what myself?death?.. No I haven't experienced death before, but I don't see how that has any effect on my point.
You can do anything you put your heart into...not your mind. Your mind will wrap around all sorts of creative, fun, and interesting ideas. If your heart is not into it...you will never succeed. Start from within, be firm with yourself, and never-ever say "yes" or tell people about a new plan or challenge unless you are absolutely going to do it! If you understand this, and are interested in joining my internet based business & team...call (866-510-2282) and leave a message!
@leparditas well, he probably is tired. 17 hour stretches of speaking to people. I would be too. He is human like us. As for feeling the energy..listen again to some of what he says. It is up to you to generate the energy by asking yourself.."what am I focusing on?" Robbins gives us tools..but we must take them in hand and then apply them to our own individual lives. God Bless!
This guy is a beast, wish I had found him sooner. Can't wait to try The Ultimate Edge when I get paid this week! Oh and a belated Happy Birthday to you Tony if you read this! Best wishes from the UK.

Reset your beliefs with physical energy and sound. For example, as you read your goals, do so with animation and energy.
You will break through your old beliefs and establish new ones more rapidly.
Napoleon Hill echoes this idea. He taught the importance of reading your goals with feeling because this generates a burning desire for success.
Set rules that are flexible and offer a range of options. That's a rule that will make all the other rules better.
Thanks for posting.
