  • I also add a little milk to my meatball mixture! The enzymes in the milk help form them.

  • no red sauce???

  • you dont look good in a man shirt

  • Man shirt? How is that a man shirt?

  • you have to wait to towards the ends she changes shirts

  • I make my meatballs out of pork beef and veal, one egg, one teaspoon crushed garlic, i tsp marjoram, i tsp basil 1 crushed onion, 1 tsp seasoned salt and one teaspoon pepper . Fry meatball until caramelized! DO NOT BAKE! Then place meatballs into a slow cooker with 1 lb Pureed roma tomatoes and 2 cans lg tomato sauce. Sprinkle extra basil into crockpot about one teaspoon! Allow to cook for 8 hrs! A slow cooker makes foods taste great! Mark my word!

  • Bwals, I love that accent lol

  • Wow that's awesome! I wish I could cook, food is such a great thing. As for the organic stuff, I commend you for spending that extra dollar for humanely produced safe and higher quality food. But you have to be careful because the term "organic" can be used as a marketing ploy - the law really has no restrictions on its labeling.

  • Maria - do you have any professional experience or formal training, or is your cumulative culinary knowledge all passed down to you from family members and the joy of cooking for your family? Either way, you have a tremendous amount to share, and I'm glad you're so willing to do it. I love every last recipe you've posted.
