This is a bunch of bunk. I did one of these cleanses and months later I had to have my gall bladder removed. My gall bladder was FULL of stones and once that happens the only way to get rid of them is to take it out.
@lavvy2585 Very sorry to hear it. Unfortunately by starting the cleansing procedure and never following up with successive ones you actually made your condition WORSE. Everyone please note: Think very carefully before starting a liver/gallbladder cleansing. It is very important that you continue cleansing once a month until no more stones are released. Once you do the first cleanse you have loosened the whole biliary system and the shifted stones will wreak more havoc than before.
@gumonthepants Thank you for saying that, although the juice and olive oil cleaned me out it started worse problems. I never heard of the program you are talking about but after my experience I advise no one to do this. The stuff has to pass the the gallbladder and its a very tiny tube, not worth it.
@WeAreDisasters YES! people actually believe this its a bunch of crap The only thing the juice and oil do was nauseate me, make my doo doo all morning until I was ashamed to see how full I was of it and then, gave me gall bladder attacks so bad I had to get it removed a couple months later.
@WeAreDisasters "...two basic types: cholesterol stones and pigment stones. Some cholesterol stones are composed of at least 60% cholesterol and have a yellowish or tan color. Others have a pea-green color and are generally soft, like putty, (these can consist of up to 95% cholesterol). Some stones may contain other organic/fatty material. Pigment stones are brown or black, owing to their high content of colored pigment (bilirubin)."
@gumonthepants "...However,cholesterol-based stones can also become hard and calcified. Calcified stones grow only in the gallbladder. An abnormal alteration of the components of bile can occur in a number of ways. The dissolving action of bile salts and,of course, copious amounts of water, normally keep cholesterol in liquid form.An increased amount of cholesterol in the bile overwhelms the dissolving capacity of the bile salts, thereby promoting the formation of cholesterol stones.
@gumonthepants "...Similarly, a decrease in the amount of bile salts being produced also leads to cholesterol stone formation. In addition, due to insufficient water intake, the fluidity of bile decreases, and much of the cholesterol is not dissolved properly; instead it reconstitutes into small cholesterol pebbles. In time, these small pebbles grow into larger ones."
@gumonthepants "...Pigment stones form when the bile pgmnt bilirubin, a waste product of the breakdown of red blood cells, incrses in the bile.Ppl with excessive amounts of cholesterol stones in the liver are at risk for devlpng liver cirrhosis, sickle-cell anemia, or other blood diseases.Any of these complications can produce high concntrtns of bilirubin pigment in the bile.Thse abnormally elevated bilirubin lvls lead to the formation of pigment stones in the liver and gallbladder
@gumonthepants "...When the compososition of bile in the liver is no longer balanced, small cholesterol crysls begn to combine w other bile components to form tiny clots. These tiny clots can obstruct the even tinier bile canaliculi. This slows the bile flow further, causing more and more bile to attach itself to these tiny clots. Eventually, the clost become large enough to be called stones."
@gumonthepants "...Some of these stones may pass into the larger bile ducts and cluster together with other stones. They may also grow to larger-size stones themselves. The result is that bile flow becomes increasingly obstructed in the larger bileducts as well. Once several of the larger bile ducts are congested, hundreds of smaller ducts are similarly affected, which closes the vicious cycle."
@gumonthepants "...Eventually, the hepatic ducts are so severely clogged with intrahepatic stones(those that occur inside the liver)that the amount of bile available for the digestive proc is drastically reduced.Since the liver continues to produce bile, more and more of it is being converted into stones, while some of it ends up in the blood.Once bile has leaked into the blood,it may lead to a discoloration of the skin(yellow or gray)and cause skin blemishes, such as liver spots.
@gumonthepants "Sluggish bile flow in the liver alters the composition of bile still further, which, in turn, affects the gallbladder. A small clot of bile in the gallbladder may take as long as eight years to grow large enough to be noticeable and become a serious health threat. It is known that one in ten Americans has gallstones in the gallbladder. Of these, 500,000 opt for gallbladder surger each year."
@gumonthepants "Very few physicians and patients, however, are aware of the fact that almost every person with any kind of persistent health problem has gallstones in the liver. It is estimated that about 95% of adults in industrialized nations have gallstones in the biliary system of their liver. Gallstones in the liver can cause many more diseases than gallstones in the gallbladder." - This and all preceding quotes are from The Liver And Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse by A. Moritz.
there is a much easier and safer way to do this. Increase your daily intake of olive oil,(fried foods, and use for cooking) take the Dannon proactive everyday and drink peppermint tea. In a few short weeks all of your gall bladder issues will be gone.
You can check this book out from the local public library like me for no cost. I didn't follow the pre cleanse routine at all and already passed a few stones. I want to test how much prep is needed to soften stones and gradually follow the pre cleanse regimen
@chamberoath Zero. Doesn't even rate because there's zero pain. The preparation for this cleanse softens the stones so that they can dislodge from inside the liver bile ducts and gallbladder. Largest stone I have released was an inch in diameter which you can definitely feel coming out but is no different than moving your average stool aside from the fact that it is significantly shorter.
@CEEPMDEE Feces? No. Because of the preparation leading up to the cleanse with fasting for half that day and the Epsom salts, there is effectively no "doo-doo" left in your system by the next morning when the GALLSTONES begin passing down through the colon released by the liver and gallbladder.
@gumonthepants thats some interesting stuff. I think I will try that myself... I am able to tolerate skipping meals for about 2 days or so(I fast when driving long distance to avoid passing my bowels in a public lab.), so I will try that myself. Even if what comes out does not smell like excrement.. oh I mean doo doo I doubt I will put in on a table and measure it with a coin.. eww.
@CEEPMDEE Lol, no, you won't need to because I already did that for you. That's a pretty ingenious idea with the fasting before driving long distance! Fasting is also very healthy and allows your digestive system to "catch-up" with its own self-cleaning tasks. I fast once a week using just fruit and water. Fruit doesn't use the digestive system like other foods and only requires 20-30 minutes to pass through the system.
@tenthousandyearsgoon I agree. I did eat a bunch of crap my whole life which led to the condition of my liver. Now, however, for the past 3 years have been practicing a strict Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle all while cleansing my liver every month. It has been life-changing.
the stones pass thru the rectum as someone mentioned. I have done this cleanse about 31 times since 1998. I normally do it in spring and fall. But when I began in 1998, I did an initial series of about 6 cleanses 2 weeks apart. Then went to twice a year. I feel like it does me a world of good and I feel rejuvenated afterwards. Usually I will do 2 coffee enemas the day after. This supposedly pulls more toxins from the liver.
I can recommend this flush too, but one has to follow precisely the procedure. if someone does not have the money (although as said, all the additional infos about liver health are very valuable)
@supercell42 Right??!! When cleansing the liver and gallbladder successful completion happens when you do one cleanse that produces no stones. When that happens (normally around 6 - 8 cleanses, 12 or more in severe cases such as mine) you do ONE more cleanse the following month to seal it off and to be sure. Afterwards, once or twice a year is sufficient for life-long maintenance! It's no surprise to me that I'm having so many stones as it was melanoma that got me started on this.
@gumonthepants Well hopefully you're getting toward the end now...I admire the fact that you've determinedly stuck with it and I wish you a stone free life from here on out. :)
@gumonthepants I want to start a new one soon, I'm going slowly because my kidneys are sensitive, when I get lots of toxins being expeled like that, they hurt a bit. I need to take a good rest in between cleanses. 19th ? Still having stones!!!! WOW , I hope it goes well :)
@jazz2life YES - The kidneys WILL suffer and it is vitally important to cleanse them BEFORE you ever start liver cleansing so that they can endure the onslaught of toxins released from liver/gallbladder cleansing. Another kidney cleanse is necessary after every 4th liver-cleansing too. I use the kidney cleanse created by the author of a number of herbs made into one tea found at PRESENT MOMENT dot com. Look for the Andreas Moritz Kidney Cleanse tea. This will ready those kidneys.
@thebitchulovtohate Sorry you had your gallbladder removed. You are right about the stones that gather in the gallbladder looking different than these. These green stones come from the liver. The ones in the gallbladder are like you say, 'hard as a rock', and because they are calcified. I already released those stones about 6 cleanses ago. The majority of gallstones reside in the liver's biliary ducts and they are the green ones. You can can still clean your liver with this method.
@40Believer I'm sorry but I will not give out the recipe for the cleanse. Although the recipe and procedure are fairly simple there are LOTS of preparatory procedures and precautions to take before and after this cleanse. Read the short and thorough book about it and do it CORRECTLY or suffer the consequences! Here's the info: "The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse" by Andreas Moritz. Get it on Amazon.com
@thebitchulovtohate Do you research before citing that someone else exp. is BS please. Read the book by Andreas Mortiz called "The Liver and Bladder Miracle Cleanse." If you had read the book first you wouldn't have had your gallbladder removed......
@Famfriass Usually, the pain is pain level 10 out of 10. 7 hours. I had at least 20 attacks. Fever, sweat, and when I went to the hospital they refused. I have no health insurance. I would have had it taken out at that time. I then researched Andreas Moritz too. The largest green was 3/4 inch, and I wonder how many were in the gall bladder. I suspect my pain was the common bile duct from the liver. I did see brown ones with knobs 3 mm in size too. DON"T TAKE IT OUT!
@AlkalizingChannel Thanks, glad to hear it. I'm still going and doing my 12th cleanse next week because I STILL have stones coming out every time. I'm well past 5 or 6,000 by now and even passed a couple of 3/4 inchers the other day WITHOUT the cleanse! I knew I had them stuck somewhere because after last month's cleanse I was suffering from extreme weakness and lack of energy - a classic sign that stones may be stuck in the colon somewhere releasing toxins. "Colosan" helped remove them.
I use magnesium oxide at 4 or 5 pm to empty the bowels, the ES at 6pm and 8pm. Then the following morning use mag oxide at 6am and 8pm to flush, cleanse and oxygenate the colon (instead of ES doses). Nothing will get stuck this way and it will lift your energy too. Plus it reduces the amount of ES used in the process. Is as good as doing colonics i think. Always hydrate with pure water 20 mins after each dose of ES or mag oxide. I had stones stuck once - felt like# ;)
@AlkalizingChannel I like your formulation, I think you're on to something! Yes, the Colosan appears to be pretty much Magnesium and only after taking it did I start to release myself from this horrible state of #;))))))))!! I just passed ANOTHER random stone again today. I agree about the colonics - I don't think it really gets enough out especially I think it's impossible for them to reach the small intestines. What brand Mag Ox are you using? I want to try your method this week for my 12th.
@gumonthepants I bought a 900g bag off ebay for £9.50. Its being sold for equienne purposes but says its pharmaceutical grade. Anyway, it works very well. You might want to use another brand though as this stuff does have a taste thats not too pleasant (no way as bad as ES) but there are brands which are tasteless. let me know if it works. If you google: My Amazing Liver Flush!! icke.com youll see a thread i started on liver flushing and pics of the stones i passed.
@gumonthepants . Yes Sir, I had the rapid heart rate at the 9th flush. Last month I started again after stopping for about 6 months. Back to the drawing board because they are big and green like when I first started. I did take pictures of the other flushes and all the "weird" things that came out. I don't think you'd want to see those BUT if you do, send me a message and an email address....lol....
I had a rapid heart rate that scared the hell outta me for 1 hour. I stopped flushing because I was scared. Now 6 months later I am starting again, but from scratch. It's back to the green gallstones but before I was getting all sorts of strange things when I got to my 7,8,9th flushes..
@nergis65 So it was on the 9th flush that you started to have rapid heart rate? I have read about participants having the rapid heart rates to the point of them being scared by it but on Andreas Moritz's Facebook page (good resource to get on) he says it is not unusual at all and nothing to fear. Can't remember exactly what he said the reason for it was but something along the lines of the heart rate increasing as the body's extra function to move the process along.
Have you come to the point that you have totally cleaned out the liver yet and flush with no stones coming out? I was going strong and on my 9th flush. Getting things out that I have never seen before. Then during the evening of the 9th flush
@nergis65 The author of the book, Andreas Moritz, says he did 12 flushes before he was through and he was suffering severe gallbladder attacks before the first flush. I just finished my 11th flush a few weeks ago and STILL purged over 1,000 stones though they are very small, 1/4" and smaller - nothing worth photographing. So I will continue again next month. Book says flush until no stones appear then do one more to be sure.
@ArizonaAdventures My issue was Melanoma which sent me on a journey studying anti-cancer methods from Gerson to Ayurveda the latter which I discovered through Andreas Moritz' Timeless Secrets which also contained the liver cleanse. Following these lifestyle changes has had an ENORMOUS effect on my health for the better. I've been doing the cleanse successfully for 8 months now and have been using an Ayurvedic lifestyle to support it. Tonight is the new moon and I'll be doing my 8th cleanse.
@ArizonaAdventures Only this: Read Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation. It will change your whole outlook on life, doctors, drug companies, cancer, food, the human body and what you are or have been doing to it. Once you've read it you will be compelled to make some kind of change in your life even if it's something as simple as changing to organic food. For me cancer was incentive enough to change everything in mine. It signaled a need for change in me and I heeded its warning.

Book says flush until no stones appear then do one more to be sure.

did you have an issue before you started the program or were you just wanting a cleanse? Thanks!

@gumonthepants It certainy does peak my interest. Do you have any advice for someone starting out on this journey?

@ArizonaAdventures Only this: Read Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation. It will change your whole outlook on life, doctors, drug companies, cancer, food, the human body and what you are or have been doing to it. Once you've read it you will be compelled to make some kind of change in your life even if it's something as simple as changing to organic food. For me cancer was incentive enough to change everything in mine. It signaled a need for change in me and I heeded its warning.
