I'm sure everyone has seen the little light up phone charms, and the bracelets on think geek, so this isn't an entirely bad idea, just a larger version. If it doubled as a charger for your phone, or had blue tooth speakers so you could listen to music on your phone, or some "practical" function other than a visual and audio ring tone, I wouldn't be apposed to having some animated docking station.

I think this toy might sell.... If they rip out the speaker and change the motor to the motors that are used by the solar toy kits. It will definately be silent. OR they can integrate the phone to the toy so as to use it to amplify and play mp3s.
