8800 gts has less memory than a 9800 gt, have you tried getting benchmark results using your setup? also 1024x768 is pretty low, its better to max out your resolution before using AA because AA is "fake graphics" according to linustechtips.

Still, it's at least good for pretty much all games, if not totally maxed.

9800 GT is equivalent to a 8800 GT, only difference are that 9800 GT is less power consuming and does not sacrifice performance. The HD4670 cannot compare to the performance of a 9800 or 8800 GT. So bottom line is I recommend the 9800 GT.

ouch. well, you have to have a fast cpu/processor as well. and you should have about 4 gigs of ram just to give it some working room. And the MOST IMPORTANT. goto nvidia . com and get the absolute latest drivers for the video card

yes indeed! the 8 GB might cause a slight bottleneck (inbalance - your PC is only as fast as it's slowest component) as it is quite a high amount, but asid from that, it'll play anything apart from crysis at near max details :D

crysis requires an SLI setup or one of the new GTX cards to play at very high with a decent framerate at a nice resolution.

If you don't have a 9800GT already, I recommend you go for the 9800GTX+ It's only an extra 50 bucks, and it is a noticeable difference. I have a 9800GT right now... since I spend all my money on a i7 core -_-

To be honest, I'd rather get a GTX295 xD But a 9800gt will run whatever you need just fine. Just don't expect to max out all the settings on a high resolution.
