I thought I could see something, a different point, a different view. Instead, I get the oft-quoted Constitution and Declaration of Independence, followed by (ooh, subversive) images of leaders of fascist states and American presidents that have been critical in moving American to where it is now (you forgot Bush though).
Are you calling the document upon which our democracy is founded weak? Surely not. Surely you aren't rejecting the cornerstone of our democratic government? If you are, well, shame on you. The Constitution was written for a reason. It was not so that the Federal government could become an over-reaching monopoly of power. The Tenth Amendment is more important than ever, as our Congress votes for the expansion of socialist tendencies in America, while tearing the very fabrics of the Constitution.
@Rontelioso We had two Constitutions in this country, the first being the Articles of Confederation served this country to defeat the British Empire, and Free and Independent States was honored from the words of the Declaration of Indpendence. The New Constitution and should be called The Articles of Monopolization. The Bill of Rights are natural laws, the rest of the new Constitution is anything but natural. The only logical solution is to desolve the central government.
I mostly agree w/u, and he also forgot Abraham Lincoln. Here is a quote I revisited recently from Thomas Paine, Rights of Man: "[A] body of men holding themselves accountable to nobody, ought not ... be trusted by any body."
The accountability check on the Federal Government was originally the States. The States could nullify - i.e. refuse to enforce - Federal law if the state considered the law unconstitutional. The SCOTUS in no way was supposed to give the last word on it.
Just a bif of advice....these types of youtube messages with the narratives are not very effective. The music is too loud and the messages are not particularly compelling. You need to put a human face behind these exhortations.
This isn't very fresh at all.

It is tired and weak rhetoric.
