your vid quality is really good in HD, what program do you use to capture and code before uploading to youtube? also what resolution and aspect ratio

i have some ra 3 campaign video's but even in HQ they dont look as clear as yours on youtube

To answer your questions:

I use FRAPS to capture.

Then I use Windows Movie Maker to reformat it to 720p high definition format.

This video has spect ratio of 16:10. Resolution i am not sure, of 800 * 700 (?)

When you publish (ctrl + P) your movie using the windows movie maker:

Select the 3rd option "More Settings" instead of letting it go by default "Best quality for playback (recommended)"
