Super awesome but I would just like to say that during the time these 2 dinos lived (Late Campanian/ Early Maastrichtian) their environment was a well-watered woodland area, not a desert. You are thinking of the Late Santonian/ Early Campanian environment, which was desert and included Protoceratops and Velociraptor.

@FighterGuDude3214 Yeah, it is. I wasn't too happy that the Tarbosaurus backed down after only getting hit once but I guess he wasn't hungry in that fight. Anyhow, if I was the Tarbosaurus in this video, I'd try to clamp down on the Therizinosaur's arms disabling his ability to fight and THEN break his neck.

I like though how Tarbosaurus got pissed at being struck and killed his foe like he's saying "OW! That hurt! You are SO dead!!".

@girlgarde I think he backed down because A. Maybe he wasn't hungry, or B. Maybe, just maybe, it was because he had just been whacked with a pair of 90cm claws. ^^

@FighterGuDude3214 Or even both. In any event, I get what you're saying but if he'd been hungry enough, the Tarbosaurus wouldn't have retreated so suddenly since there wasn't any guarantee that he'd find another meal before starving to death.

@girlgarde Well, a number of factors:

1. He's just goten his face sliced up. I don't think he would attack something brave enough to do that to a Tarbosaurus.

2. There's a mob of these things, if he continued his attack the rest would slaughter him.

3. I mean, DAMN. This thing has 3-4 foot long claws and it's uge, too! Bigger than the Tarbosaurus! Tyrannosaurs (predators in geneal) will back down if there's some dino that is larger. And yes, unfortunately, I speak from experience.
