Does this plane handle like the Extra 300L that appears on Realflight 4.5G?
I Have never had a real plane before but i have been training on the simulator with an xbox360 controller but i can control very well the extra 300L (Love it by the way over all the other models) with it.
My budget can afford one of these so I'm really willing to buy one :)
Not at all. I wouldn't recommend it for a novice as it can easily get away from you if you're not careful. I'll have to post another video of it now that I have a few months of flying with it. It has become one of my all time favorite planes and I am constantly pushing my flying capabilities with it.
Wow! that thing scoots! I'm gonna learn on my yak then eventually get to flying one of those. Just curious what motor do you have on that plane? I am going to be using the rimfire 35-30-1450 on the yak. I like that big open space you have to fly in, is that a far drive? I have no fields around my area lol, I have to make it a day trip to go fly it seems haha. Nice flying.
I'm using the E-Flite 480 in the plane with a 3s1500 or a 3s2100 if the wind is blowing a bit. I guess I'm pretty fortunate as I can load up a few planes and Emma and be at my site in a matter of minutes. And yes, it does scoot vertically quite nicely...
That's funny she said your hands are shaking. Mine used to do that every flight. Now they only do it on maidens like yours here. Good feeling... Good luck with your plane. Looks good
Yes, I would highly recommend this plane as a stable 3D flier, especially for a novice 3D flier like myself who has only been flying for a year. I'm still flying it after three weeks now and have become more confident with every flight. Of all the planes I have, everyone who has seen this plane thinks its the one they would like to fly... Looks great on the ground and goes wherever you point it in the air...
