Some of TAT's demos are cool, but nothing in this demo seems like it would even improve usability.
The 3D effects are kind of awkward, not very smooth. This isn't even as elegant as android's default UI, which is 2D.

TAT develops full GUIs for Mobile Devices, they aren't flash developers.

You probably cant, this is just a tech demo from the TAT design firm. Just to show off some things they can for handset makers.

kabuki1985: it seem is not integrated at all with symbian so it could be anything :).
Now Nokia has ported Qt4 and opengl to the s60 so probably a lot more developers will begin to write a bit more 'dynamic' applications and next Nokia OS will probably have some native (useless? ;) ) transitions ala iphone. People in Maemo (the Nokia tablet OS) are doing some cool experiments: look for carman or canola for the N810
