I've had to watch this episode multiple times yet, I have never noticed that when he turns on the TV he's watching out Glorious leader AGAMEMNON TIBERIUS VACUUM. Who would think that such short episodes would have little hidden gems in them like that.

It's cool to watch you guys form "The Danger Element." Looking back at the first episode, it didn't really have the same feel as these last few, because over time you've built a style unlike any other: it's got more serious martial-arts action than, say, Sockbaby, but it's still packed with wit and juxtopostion at every corner. Also, Cassie looks beautiful as always.

@Battlejitni hm...now that makes me wonder. I really don't know much about these formats, but isn't 24p supposed to be "film-like"? Action scenes are way too smooth here. It doesn't look like film. Maybe you know why then, because now I'm out of ideas XD

@edv11nas I don't know what to tell you because this was shot at 24 frames per second. But something else you should realize is that the 24 frame per second rate isn't what makes something "look like film". Its just the rate that the industry happened to settle on. Its actually not a very good frame rate. In fact, the higher the frame rate, the more life-like the presentation becomes. Peter Jackson's THE HOBBIT is going to be presented at 48 fps. Our cameras don't give us options like that.

For this episode, Derwit's bar was shot in a bar in Modesto, CA, Doctor Elymas was filmed in a basement in Los Angeles, CA, The rain scene was filmed ona road outside of Hughson, CA, the exterior of Renaldo's hotel was shot in San Francisco and the interior was filmed in a hotel room in Modesto. The last scene was on top of a parking garage close by.

@MrLookatmenow I like steampunk aesthetics, but I don't really consider steampunk a genre. Its more of just an aesthetic element to me. There are certain people in this series who are related to eachother visually through steampunk and dieselpunk inspired elements, but the story takes place in the real world in the present day.
