umm, you use flange on the intro, and whammy on two octaves up for the solo.

you must have watched that video , it was guitar word or whatever right ? well that was shot while he was with audioslave , and when he was with audioslave he replaced his flange (what he used with RATM) with the phase 90 . so he actually uses a flange . just when he was with audioslave covering it , thats when he used the flange .

Back in 1993-1994 he used a Flange look at his live videos but IMHO it sounds good either way.

@AngusYoungDeciple it used to be the Ibanez DFL Flanger but he replaced that with the MXR Phase 90 for Audioslave and never went back even with the RATM reunion. just make it real slow it not hard.

@AngusYoungDeciple he originally used an ibanez flanger, but with audioslave he swapped that pedal out for a phaser. so any with audioslave or later now uses flange. it doesn't really matter what one you use.

well, i got my squier just as a guitar that i was gonna leave at school for band class lol. but i started playing it and liked it so i just kept it. i would like i upgrade to a fender, but i bought an epiphone les paul recently, so i dont need any new guitars.

thanks. yea, it was kinda my mistake on the solo. i wanted to get a bit of a volume boost, so i went to a diffrent distortion. then my camera messed it up, and it just sounded weird.
