You know I think that Aerrow and Maverick could have a decent chat with each other if Dark Ace and who ever Maverick's foe is aren't in the room. Both characters have parallels to each other. Finn= Goose. Aerrow= Maverick.

I dont think Maverick had any true enemies. I mean there was that one pilot Iceman and his wingman, but he seemed more like he was trying to convince the guy that his style of flying would get him killed; so hes more of a rival. Also theres the Soviet pilots, but he never really meets them; they dont even show their faces behind those masks. If you consider that, than Maverick didnt have any enemies.

Not true. With release from your parents, you can join the Navy Enlistment at 16, but of course there are special conditions that go with it.

To be a pilot, you must be an Officer. You need a college degree to become an officer. Top Gun is highly selective and only takes the best of the best naval pilots, reflected upon a review of performance, evals, and record.

I don't need to be lectured on anything regarding the Navy. I'm an elisted Sailor, so trust me. I Know the facts.

Top Gun is a classic movie. Danger Zone was written by Kenny Loggins specifically for that movie.

Also, the F-14 Tomcat was good for its day, and it still is considered one of the most versitile dogfighters in the US arsenal, unfortunatly now the aircraft is obsolete and decommissioned.
