#2. I have no idea whatsoever how you claimed F16 block 15 is the most maneuverable of the F-16 family. I really have doubts on this. I have never read anything such as this anywhere except on your videos. Im sure F-16 Block 60 is much much more maneuverable and better in terms of many things than blk 15s. however, JF-17 also has an airframe that is truly 4.5 gen with its LERXs and DSI intakes and good use of composites and other things. JF-17 may outperform F16s in terms of maneuverability

#1. JF-17 sure is under powered which is one of the reasons PAF will replace it wilth 10% greater thrust engine WS-13, thus increasing the TWR. there is no debate on this. PAF does indeed want to use a better engine with full FADEC and increased power however, the reason for going with russian engine is that not many choices are available to PAF and chinese engines will take a time before reaching PAFs quality expectations but PAF will surely replace RD's.
