Do you sell Garnet paracord? I really want to make this hatchet in garnet and gold for my FSU alumni father. Do you think the maroon you sell is close enough?
Hey Kevin, just did my 1st attempt at paracord wrapping anything, and didn't start with the easiest. It was a knife with a painted black metal handle in a "Y" shape, tapering down at the end, and very slippy. I only had about 3 1/2 inches to work with, and hell was it frustrating! I watched these videos over and over, and finally got it on the 6th go. Some passes didn't turn out perfectly uniformed, but I'm still very happy with how it turned out. Thanks for your efforts, and providing this!
I have 'the encylopedia of knots and fancy rope work" ISBN 0-87033-021-7 it has 690 pages of knots and instructions covering thousands of different examples. It starts in the front of the book with simple twists and gets more and more complicated the further pages that you turn. There are few people who would get benefit out of all of the info .. you definitley would. Most folks need to know about 10 knots if they are in the woods, maybe 5 if they stay in town.

@MARKBBOICE sorry, I don't have either color right now. I removed the hatchets from my site for now because I can't do them as cheaply anymore.
