think of the Florida greats (UM, UF and FSU) they're actually FROM florida, ohio's greats for the most part are actually FROM ohio, USC's greats are actually FROM Cali, Texas greats (UT, TT, etc.) are for the most part FROM Texas, there are other great states (Louisiana, Kansas, etc.) but michigan is not on that list, Oklahoma has its occasional Gems (Sam Bradford, and i believe big Boz, etc.) but lets see michigan be good year in year out with its own players, has never happened and never will.

For one they can't stop the run worth their lives depending on it, and we run the ball a lot. and our passing and rushing defense is balanced and superb and their offense wouldn't be able to score over 20 on us (And I've watched a lot of Georgia football this year) plus they struggled with a michigan state team that we put away in the 1st quarter. Plus before the bowl selections came out they were already voting us as the higher odds vs. Georgia so I'm sure we would have won.

alabama's good because they have a great coaching staff, their actual talent pool is barely above average althought Julio Jones is SPECIAL he's the exception not the rule. i mentioned texas as one of the best, oklahoma survives off of players from texas just like michigan survives off of players from ohio, when i say best football states i'm talking about states that yield enough talent for its programs to be great off of its own state alone, hence Florida, Ohio, Texas and Cali, like i said.
