hi nice wee van . i have a few cuestions hope you could answer for me first can i drive the piaggio ape tm 218cc on my uk car licence or is it the bike licence i need . also can the same modle legaly drive on the motor way in the uk and if so what is the top speed aprox regards ian
Ian car license is fine, legal for motorway but not really suited at 40mph etc...
