All the haters should try doing a video like this themselves. I tried, I spent two days and the result sucks. Rebecca looks good on camera, her speech is reasonably fast yet intelligible. I found new respect for people who do videos like these. This is not as easy as some think.

@ThereIsMike It has nothing to do with people hating her as a person, how she looks or the job she is doing. The have become used to Mat hosting the channel and with no warning at all he just vanished one day.

Think of your favorite TV or movie actor being replaced on a show you enjoy with no notice or reason given. Is it really that hard to understand why people are put off by this sudden change in hosts? /facepalm

@PaperWeight231 Oh i know, for me the only issue with the change of hosts was that they gave us no warning up ahead of time. Mat has a ton of charisma and people simply enjoy his videos, its perfectly normal that having him disappear would cause a fuss with his subscribers (lets be honest, people subbed because of Mat and not because Carbuyer had something else going for it as a Youtube channel).

@Atheistprimate Yes of course. I subscribed to Carbuyer partly because of Mat (and because I like cars) But I don't get upset when a host changes which is frankly riciculous. Rebecca is fine I'd say she is still a good change from other car reviewers which is how carbuyer gained popularity in the first place because the reviewing style was 'unique' so to say.

I like the Golf cabriolet a lot. It just looks so much more classy and well proportioned than any of the other 4 seater cabiolets in the compact class - even its cousin the Audi A3 cabriolet. I would be very happy to own one myself.

Why do I keep watching these videos? Because I hope someone with CarBuyer is reading the comments and realize that this woman isn't the best reviewer for the average car buyer.

Mat is great, but overall it's nicer to have anyone of "average" to "larger" size reviewing the car. Because if you're that small, you're used to reaching for things, size is never an issue, you're used to only carrying small bottles around, you rarely ever carry around heavy/large items in the boot, etc...
