Is it a traffic offence to use indicators in the USA?

Well. . . . .it misses out the essential stuff.

When you are on the roundabout you need to use indicators to tell folks waiting to get on which exit to are going to leave on.

It doesn't tell us cars on the outside have to giveway to cars on the inside,

It doesn't tell us that judging when to get on the roundabout is about figuring out if a car is going to leave at the exit you are entering on.
