glad this scene was deleted. so over the whole gay crap. in every movie they try to weave a gay lifestyle into it. so sick of it. every second actor is gay just so they can make it in hollywood. get back to making good movies

Your sickening contempt for any gay content in a movie seems to cause you to generalize any such content on the basis of it simply being there. This was a tender, beautiful scene and if it isn't "good enough" for you, then you can go bugger off yourself.

A touching scene indeed! How wonderful! Perhaps the disease was AIDS but either lung or breast cancer is also possible. A whole movie could actually be made out of their story I'm sure.

@vinnihouseaddict8854 Aids is actually very unlikely. Lesbians have the smallest chances of anyone getting aids. If she had aids she must either have gotten it from an old boyfriend or a blood transfusion. Some kind of cancer is far more likely.

@fukuokaai228 I think it was probably supposed to be lung or breast cancer, just from the way that she clutched her side in pain while laughing. While you can see a bit of hair under it, she was also wearing that headscarf, which makes me think that maybe she was supposed to be having chemotherapy. Just a theory of course, and they may not even have defined the terminal illness that she was supposed to have.

@pineapplegirl01 You ask why the messed up subtitles. It's because our uploader, thinking s/he was being so very clever, instead found the one way to most distract & annoy those who chose to view the clip, and thus destroy their ability to enjoy it.

It makes one wonder whether some people really do have such an overwhelming desire to prove their own belief in their worthlessness that they unknowingly self-sabotage their every effort. Incomprehensible.

I just saw Frances de la Tour in The History Boys, and I am mesmerized. Such a fine actress, she is.

@Elrich89 Actually there was supposed to be two. There was originaly another gay couple, two little girls falling in love to mirror the little boy's crush on the girl. Apparently that one was cut before it was even finished being made. Sigh.
