Why do semi-immortals and heroes always have to battle in a fucking modern day structure. I would like to see more battles out in the natural world such as a field, not a god damn dining room.
I loved the part with the horn because it's like, "Oh SNAP, it's on now!" I also like how the feathers of their wings are pretty much metallic in nature. That was pretty cool.

(RE: The lines) I watched the movie 7 times because of these two actors. They were more than amazing in it. Paul Bettany and Kevin Durand, sigh, brilliant.
This movie did get bashed, but I loved it. I'm accustomed to seeing angels far more powerful because of the show supernatural, but this was awesome. Michael actually caring about humans, and even with no wings and powers still gave a fully powered Gabriel the fight of his life. Michael then gets his wings back and we see Gabriel is absolutely no match for Michael.

I really find the way Paul portrayed Michael very appealing. I liked how he exuded that calm strength, made the character interesting. This angel fight is awesome, I was impressed. I just can't get over how amazing they made Gabriel's wings, they look so natural and you can see the muscles move in the wings. One of the best wings I've seen in movies hands down.

Normally I give a movies a pass for their butchery of faith and legend, even with some of their on-site plot convenience invent-a-legend films, but this one hit too close to home with its egregiously narrow humanist revisionism. Just look at that same old over-used formula used to manipulate the audience: The "bad guy" wants to kill a baby.
I mean, who couldn't see THAT forest for the trees?
Archangels Michael and Gabriel were never enemies nor can be, this has been established already after the rebellion of Satnael, where the rebellious angels separated themselves from those who stayed loyal. This can never change no matter what hollywood says or anyone else for that matter...

I really find the way Paul portrayed Michael very appealing. I liked how he exuded that calm strength, made the character interesting. This angel fight is awesome, I was impressed. I just can't get over how amazing they made Gabriel's wings, they look so natural and you can see the muscles move in the wings. One of the best wings I've seen in movies hands down.

Normally I give a movies a pass for their butchery of faith and legend, even with some of their on-site plot convenience invent-a-legend films, but this one hit too close to home with its egregiously narrow humanist revisionism. Just look at that same old over-used formula used to manipulate the audience: The "bad guy" wants to kill a baby.
I mean, who couldn't see THAT forest for the trees?

Archangels Michael and Gabriel were never enemies nor can be, this has been established already after the rebellion of Satnael, where the rebellious angels separated themselves from those who stayed loyal. This can never change no matter what hollywood says or anyone else for that matter...

Nahh. Gabriel just went straight through his chest. He was still an angel so he could take it. Micheal cut off his wings so basically he was human, he could'nt take a stab through the chest. lol.

the only reason people dont like this film is because it was made in a small scale A.K.A. a little town.
if the producers had more money they could of made it more epic and done it in the city,sort of in the style of cloverfeild exept the camera is handed to a better director..so yeah glad i could clear things up.

The question isn't as simple as if god exists or not, it's also about WHICH god. There is Buddhist gods, Muslim god, Hindu gods, god in Judaism, etc, take your pick.
Don't forget that worshiping the wrong god is the same as not worshiping one at all.
I have a chance to be truthful, genuine and enjoy life as I see fit without being restrained in some kind of superstition.

If you've read the Vedas and some of the main holy texts of Hinduism, you'll find that the descriptions of God in that are identical to the descriptions in the other holy religions you just mentioned. The Muslims believe all of these religions were sent to humankind at different stages of history to certain parts of the world, and believe in all of the Prophets, and the purpose of believers is to benefit mankind

Actually you are quite wrong. Generally speaking most gods in various religions have mostly the same characteristics: loving, caring, omnipotent, etc, But they also have very different perception of gods, and Christian would never agree that their god is identical to the Muslim god, and vice versa. Muslim doesn't believe in Jesus as god, only as a prophet. Not to mention that there are literally thousands of gods and goddesses in Hinduism and Buddhism that different believers worship.

Deeper research into the issue reveals a vastly different picture. Firstly, which Christians are you talking about? Go to the middle east and you'll see that Jews, Muslims, and Christians believe that they believe in the same God. Secondly, if talking about Christians it depends which sect you're talking about. Most of the earliest sects didn't believe in Jesus as God. Speak to any Hindu priest and they will say they are a monotheist who believe in the one God.
