Yeah there are VIP/Bippu style bodykits for Lexus. JP makes an aero kit for the G37 coupe for $625. Seems to be just a lip kit though. A few companies for Lexus are INGS+1, Job Design, JP, and Vertex.

If you go to a proper body shop that has the skill to match your factory paint properly, you'll only have to worry about getting the kit itself painted.

A word of caution, though - buying a genuine kit from any of the top japanese makers is is a serious commitment. They are NOT cheap, and they can become very rare very quickly.
